During my university years, it was challenging to find out my exact area of strenghth since my major in International Business covers such a broad field. This has motivated me to gain more experience in a real working environment and that\u2019s when I decided to apply for the Direct Sales Intern position at Konica Minolta Business Solution Vietnam. As a company with a rich history in imaging, Konica Minolta stands out as it continues to value cutting-edge technology and also stay true to its core values of quality and customer-centricity. What I desire most in my work is how I can connect knowledge, intuition, and experience to craft innovative solutions, which aligns with the company\u2019s commitment. This internship program is a perfect opportunity for me, and I look forward to grow both professionally and personally with the team.<\/p>\n

What is your daily task at the company?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

My daily task would include Telesales, Preparing quotation, Negotiating with customers and Finalizing the sales process. For me, the hardest part is to negotiate with customers. In this task, I have to address customers\u2019 hesitation and close the best possible deal for both customers and the company.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What lessons or skills have you learned during your internship?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

Since the Direct Sales position involves direct customer interaction, I have to improve my communication skills and become more proactive in gaining customers\u2019 insights. One memorable experience was when a customer made a difficult request reagarding the terms of a rental contract, and I almost failed to meet their expectations. Howerver, fortunately, my manager stepped in to discuss again with the customer, and together we were able to reach a successful deal. This experience taught me the importance of solving the problems promptly and effective communication, and also patience in sales.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How was your experience with Konica Minolta after six months of internship?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

I feel truly grateful for the internship experience at Konica Minolta. The company has always been welcoming new ideas and fostering an environment that encourages personal and professional growth. Additionally, I have received a lot of support and recognition from my co-workes, which motivates me to work harder and stay focus. There were times when I questioned my capabilities, but this experience has created positive change in my life. It has been an invaluable learning journey, and I\u2019ve gained much more than I expected.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
