Following the successful completion of our agreement with Ysoft, we are pleased to announce that you are now authorized to sell Ysoft SafeQ Cloud as part of our extended product portfolio. This strategic addition aims to provide new opportunities for growth and diversification within your market. We believe that Ysoft SafeQ Cloud aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. YSoft SAFEQ Cloud is a cloud print infrastructure solution designed for organizations that want to free themselves from running a complex IT print infrastructure while gaining all the benefits of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The platform was created with a desire to reduce and even eliminate the need for decentralized and costly server and network infrastructure. With SAFEQ Cloud, end-customers can automate tedious print tasks. The platform makes it easy to manage their global print infrastructure from one simple web-based user interface.

| Core Infrastructure | The Core Infrastructure module is a mandatory module for each SAFEQ Cloud installation and includes all primary functions for removal of Print Infrastructure. Any connected printer device requires a Core License, be it a Single Function Printer (SFP) or Multi-Function Printer (MFP). |
| Enhanced Productivity | The Enhanced Productivity module is an optional module for SAFEQ Cloud and includes functions to enhance office productivity through functions like Pure Cloud Terminals, Scan capture and Workflow and wider access controls. Any device that requires this module must include the Core Infrastructure License. |
| Platinum SLA | The YSoft Platinum SLA is designed for customers requiring the fastest guaranteed response and resolution times for incidents and unlimited remote access support for their YSoft solution. Platinum SLA is only available for Y SOFT hosted environments. |
| Platinum SLA is ordered per device. The Platinum SLA number should be the same as the CORE Infrastructure License number. | |
| Reserved Cloud Hosting | The YSoft Reserved Cloud Hosted Service is for customers who require dedicated virtual servers for the specific installation. This service is Hosted and Managed by YSoft and is available in 25+ Data Centres globally. The pre-conditions of this service are a Platinum SLA for all devices and a minimum term commitment of 12 months. |
| Professional Services | Y Soft Customer Support Services provide various support services, including pre-sales & post-sales support, post-sales, trainings, and additional professional activities. |
| Device Quantity | A set of SKUs are required to distinguish the quantity of devices for YSoft operations when managing Initial orders, Add-on orders and renewal orders. A different SKU for each is required to allow for systems to identify the correct action for automation to take place. |
Note: These should be used with every order placed for SAFEQ Cloud.
